Dr. Henshaw has been an Occupational Therapists since 1993. She has been an instructor since 1995. She was the Academic Fieldwork Coordinator from 1995 to 2006 and Director from 2006 to 2008.

Dr. Henshaw’s professional area of interest is with the adult orthopedic population and chronic pain. She currently practices at Primary Care Group in Harrisburg, IL and Occupational Performance and Rehab in Marion, IL.  Dr. Henshaw is co-owner of Occupational Performance and Rehab.

Mrs. Wheeler has been an Occupational Therapist since 1985.  This will be her first year with SICCM but has previous teaching experience.  She was on the faculty at University of Southern Indiana from 2005-2007.

Mrs. Wheeler’s professional area of interest is with pediatrics. She is currently the owner and senior clinician of Sensational Kids.

Mrs. Gurney has been an Occupational Therapist since 1994 and was an Occupational Therapy Assistant from 1984 -1994. She will be returning to SICCM as an instructor this year.  She was on faculty for SICCM from 1994-1996.

Mrs. Gurney’s professional area of interest is with pediatrics. She currently practices at Franklin & Jefferson Special Education District and is a Special Education Autism Team Consultant.
