TUITION AND FEES
Costs will vary among the five participating institutions. For further information consult individual school catalogs and application packet. Within this highly mobile program, students will be responsible for:
· Admission Examination Fee
· Tuition
· Program Fees, assessed at $200 for each of 18 OTA courses
· Books
· Immunizations/Tests/Physical
· Lab supplies/Lab jackets
· Costs of transportation to centralized laboratory, hospitals and other health Agencies, and mandatory fieldwork experience
· Application fee for National Certification Examination, approximately $ 525.00
· Application fee for state licensure, approximately $ 25.00
· Costs for CPR certification
· Maintenance of health insurance
· Voluntary organization and/or conference fees
FINANCIAL AID
A variety of financial aid exists at each of the five participating institutions. The applicant should contact the Financial Aid Office at the school to which he/she is applying. Some of the types of financial aid presently offered are:
