- Project Choice/TANF (Illinois Department Human Services) since 2000
- Project Choice/FSE&T (Illinois Department of Human Services) since 2002
- Life Skills Program trains Department of Children and Family Services clients in numerous life skills (Department of Children and Family Services) since 2009
SNAP Employment and Training Program – SICCM administers the SNAP Employment and Training Program under the guidance of the Illinois Department of Human Services. SNAP Employment and Training is a state required program for able-bodied unemployed individuals ages 18-49 who are receiving LINK Benefits in the State of Illinois.

TANF Employment and Training Program – SICCM administers the TANF Employment and Training Program under the guidance of the Illinois Department of Human Services. TANF Employment and Training is a state required program for families who are receiving TANF benefits in the State of Illinois.

DCFS Lifeskills – DCFS Lifeskills is an educational program for youth in foster care ages 14-21. Youth are referred to Life Skills Training by their caseworkers. Life Skills focuses on 9 (2 hour) goals:
- Money Management
- Health
- Education
- Job Readiness
- Housing
- Personal and Community Engagement
- Transportation
- Parenting and Prevention
- Self-Sufficiency
DCFS Financial Literacy Program – The DCFS Financial literacy program is for youth ages 19.5 to 21 who are in the process of emancipating from State care. Youth who are interested in Financial Literacy must be referred by their caseworkers.
